To create a manager profile, click on the 'Add Manager' button located at the bottom of the Managers grid or on the 'Create Manager' tile.
When you click on the 'Add Manager' button, it will open the 'Add Manager' popup for you to record the manager's information, including their name, email, phone, and password.
Select the location for the manager profile using the Location dropdown. All created locations will populate in this dropdown. Record any additional instructions in the Notes field.
If you do not want to send an access invitation to the manager via email, disable the 'Send Access to Email' toggle.
After recording all the details, click the"Add manager" button. This will create the manager profile and display it in the Managers grid.
Users with manager profiles can log in to the scanner application using their created credentials. The scanner app can be accessed by following the URL: https://rewards.centralmation.com/scanner-app
To edit a manager's profile, first land on the Managers grid, and then click on the pencil icon located at the end of the row for the manager whose profile you want to edit. This will open the 'Edit Manager' popup, where all the fields holding information will be displayed in an editable view.
After making the required changes, click the 'Save' button. This will save the changes you made and close the 'Edit Manager' popup.
To delete a manager's profile, first land on the Managers grid, and then click on the username of the manager whose profile you want to delete.
After clicking on the username, you will be taken to the profile details screen. Here, navigate to the 'Information' section, and from the bottom of this section, click the 'Delete' button.
After clicking the 'Delete' button, it will open the 'Delete Manager' popup for you to confirm the delete action. To confirm, click the 'Remove' button.
The Managers grid displays information for all existing managers in a tabulated format, with several columns such as User Name, Created, Notes, Location, and Status.
When you click on the username of a manager, it displays the details of the selected manager profile. Here, the basic details of the selected manager profile are displayed via separate tiles under the 'Manager Profile' heading. These tiles include Name, Registration Date, Status, Location, Number of Transactions, and Last Transaction Date.
"The next section is the 'Information' section, where the details of the manager account are displayed in an editable view. After editing the required fields, click the 'Save' button.
At the end, there is the 'Last Transactions' grid, which displays the manager's latest transactions in several columns, including User Name, Date, Phone, Device, Template, Event, Amount, and Balance.
