How to Send an Email Campaign

An email template is where you add the brand layout/design of the email.
Go to Marketing, Click Email Template
You can create a blank email or use one of our email templates
Blank Template (Either using Design Editor or Code Editor) Note - Design editor is drag and drop editor and Code editor is HTML Editor.
You can create Folders for managing multiple templates

You can test the email template, preview and view the version history. You add preview text, subject, from email and from name from settings of template.
An βEmail Campaignβ is where you add a message and delivery options for sending to customers/ leads.
Heading into the "Marketing tab" > "Email" >Then Click the Create Campaign button
You can create a Campaign and choose the template they would like to use. There is a preview available too.
You can edit the look and feel and add the required blocks they need to send as a message to their customers.
Click the Send and Schedule to select the audience of the campaign like an email address or smartlist, add sender details, and subject line, and set up the delivery method.
Send Now: Create an email campaign for your audience which will get delivered right away according to the location time zone.
Schedule: Create an email campaign for your audience which goes out at a specific time and date according to the location time zone.
Batch Schedule: Create an email campaign for your audience and it gets delivered in different batches at specific times and dates according to the location time zone. For example, if there are 1000 contacts and batch quantity is set for 10, it will get delivered in 10 batches of 100 emails each. Step 1: Add your recipients in the To section by choosing email(s) or smartlist(s).
Step 2: Add your email address in the From section.
Step 3: Add your name in the Name section (Optional)
Step 4: Add your subject line in the Subject section.
Step 5: Add your Preview text in the Preview section. (Optional) Step 6: Add your Start date of the campaign
Step 7: Add the Batch Quantity
Step 8: Add Repeat after (Add number based on the frequency) and frequency as days, hours, minutes, and seconds.
Step 9: Uncheck the days from the week when you don't want to send the Batch delivery Email Campaign
Step 10: Add the specific time for start and end
RSS Schedule: Create an email campaign with RSS elements for your audience and it will get delivered at the scheduled time and date according to the location time zone with the updates on the RSS feed like new blog posts or product updates etc.
You can test the email campaign, preview and view the version history
In the test email, Add the emails of the sender, receipt, and email subject.
You can create Folders for managing multiple campaigns.
You can reschedule the email ONE (1) HOUR before the scheduled campaign. They can edit the block elements and update the schedule delivery modes.[Note - This is applicable for Schedule, Batch Schedule, and RSS Schedule]
You will be able to update email content during the campaign is running for Schedule, RSS and Batch Schedule Delivery before our servers start preparing it for delivery on the scheduled time. [Note - There will be cases that it will get sent with the old copy sometime as we can't control the delivery sequence in servers.]

Frequencies of 30 sec - 1 min: 1,000 messages per minute
Frequencies of 5 min: 4,999 messages per minute
Frequencies of 6 min - 10min: 5,000 messages per minute
Frequencies of Above 10 min: 10,000 messages per minute
Less than 10k - we process - 15k contacts per hour
More than 10k but less than 50k - we process - 6k contacts per hour
More than 50k but less than 70k - we process - 3k contacts per hour
More than 70k - we process - 1.5k contacts per hour
